Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “Sukora” means the operator of this website and seller of the products offered here.
• “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.
• “Products” means goods listed for sale on the site from time to time.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (including shipping and contact details). Keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Products, descriptions, and availability

We describe materials, dimensions, care, and other details on each listing in good faith. Colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged for that item, or offer an alternative where you agree.

Pricing, taxes, and GST

Unless stated otherwise on the site, prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST for sales within India, consistent with our storefront messaging. We may change prices before you complete checkout; the price shown at checkout when you pay is the price that applies. Typographical errors may be corrected; if an error materially affects a confirmed order, we will contact you.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock, shipping constraints, or suspected fraud). A contract is formed when we send you confirmation or ship the goods, whichever we specify in our communications. Risk of loss passes in line with our Shipping & returns policy.

Payment

Payment methods shown at checkout are processed by reputable payment partners. You authorise us and our partners to charge your selected method for the order total. You agree to comply with the terms of those providers. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within India as described in our Shipping & returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless we expressly say otherwise. You are responsible for providing a correct address and for receiving the shipment or arranging access.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Delivered products are non-returnable. Cancellations before shipment, replacements for damaged or defective items (including required proof and timelines), and any refunds described there are governed by our Shipping & returns policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property

The site’s content — including text, images, logos, and layout — is owned by Sukora or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You receive a limited, revocable licence to browse and shop for personal use.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others or our systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with security, or overload our infrastructure.
• Use automated means to access the site beyond what public search engines reasonably need, without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not allowed under Indian law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sukora’s total liability arising from your use of the site or any order — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sukora and our team from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or violation of law, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your place of residence, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new activity; orders already placed remain governed by the terms in effect when you placed them, unless we notify you otherwise where required.
